Step 1: Enter Your Website URL

On the welcome screen, paste your website, Shopify, or WooCommerce URL into the input field and click Analyze. HeyOz will scan your site and pull in your brand information automatically. This takes around 30 to 60 seconds. Don’t have a website? Click “Start manually” below the input field to enter your product details by hand.

Step 2: Confirm Your Brand Basics

Once the scan is done, HeyOz shows you what it found — your brand name, category, language, and a short brand description. Review everything here. If anything looks off, edit it before moving on. When it looks right, click “Looks Good, Next.”

Step 3: Add Your Brand Visuals

Next, HeyOz shows you the brand images it pulled from your website. This is your Media Library — product images, logos, and any other visual assets found on your site. Go through them and remove anything that doesn’t belong. You can also upload additional images here using the “Upload Assets” button. When you’re done, click Continue.

Step 4: Review Your Products

HeyOz automatically creates individual product profiles from what it found on your site. You’ll see them listed on the left side of the screen. Click on any product to review its details: name, description, additional images, and listed benefits. If something needs correcting, edit it directly in this view. To add a product that wasn’t picked up automatically, paste its URL into the “Auto-fill from URL” field and click Analyze, or fill in the details manually. When everything looks right, click “Finish Onboarding.”

Step 5: Wait for Setup to Complete

HeyOz will take a moment to save your brand information, upload your assets, organize your products, and finalize your account setup. A progress screen will show you where things are. Don’t close the page while this is running.

Step 6: You’re In

Once setup is complete, you’ll land on your HeyOz dashboard. From here you can head to the Content Studio and start creating. If you haven’t connected your social accounts yet, you’ll see a “Connected Socials” section at the bottom of the dashboard. You can set that up anytime from the Accounts page in the left menu. To add more products later, click your brand name in the top left corner of the dashboard, then select “Add Product” under Your Products.
