Step 1: Open the Accounts Page Sign in to HeyOz. In the left sidebar, look under Publish and select Accounts. This page lists every social account you have connected. Step 2: Start a New Connection Select the Connect button in the top right corner of the page. A list of available platforms opens. Step 3: Choose Your Platform Pick the platform you want to connect. Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube are all supported. Step 4: Sign In and Approve Access A window opens on the platform you selected. Sign in to that account and approve the permissions HeyOz asks for. These permissions let HeyOz post on your behalf and nothing more. The window closes on its own once the connection is made. Step 5: Confirm the Connection Your account now appears on the Accounts page with its handle and profile picture. The account is ready to use. Repeat these steps for every account you want to publish to. Tips
  • Connect an Instagram Business or Creator account rather than a personal one. Personal accounts do not allow posting from outside apps.
  • Sign in to the correct account in your browser first. If you are already signed in to a different account, the connection window will grab that one instead.
  • You can connect more than one account per platform. Useful if you run several brands or manage clients.
  • If a connection stops working, remove the account from this page and connect it again. Platforms expire access tokens on their own schedule.
  • Connecting an account does not publish anything. You still choose what goes out and when.
