How to Connect an Account
Step 1: Click “Accounts” in the left menu bar. Step 2: On the Connected Accounts page, click the ”+ Connect” button in the top right corner. Step 3: A dropdown will appear with three options: TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Select the platform you want to connect. Step 4: You’ll be taken to that platform’s login page. Sign in and authorize HeyOz to access your account. Step 5: Once authorized, you’ll be redirected back to HeyOz. Your account will now appear under the Connected Accounts page. Repeat this for each platform you want to connect.How to Disconnect an Account
Step 1: Go to “Accounts” in the left menu bar. Step 2: Find the account you want to remove. Step 3: Click the three-dot menu icon on the account card. Step 4: Click “Remove.” The account will be disconnected immediately. Once an account is connected, you can select it when posting or scheduling content from the Content Studio. You can manage multiple accounts across all three platforms from the same page.
