How to Connect Your Publishing Accounts

This guide walks you through each step. Step 1: Open the Content Studio Log in to your HeyOz account and open the Content Studio from the main dashboard. Step 2: Open the Publish Menu Click on Publish to open the dropdown options. Step 3: Select Accounts Select Accounts from the menu. This is where you manage every platform connection. Step 4: Connect Your Account Select the + Connect button in the top right corner. Choose the platform you want to link, then connect TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube and follow the prompts to authorize it.

Tips

  • Connect your accounts before you finish your first video. Setting them up early means you can publish the moment your content is ready.
  • Link every platform you post to. Having them all connected lets you publish across channels without leaving HeyOz.
  • Make sure you are logged into the right social account before you connect. It is easy to link a personal account by mistake.
  • Reconnect an account if publishing stops working. Platform permissions can expire over time.
  • Check that your account has the right permissions to post before you rely on scheduling.
