Step 1: Open the Content Studio

1. Log in to your HeyOz account.
2. From the left menu, click Content Studio.
3. Scroll through the available formats until you find ASMR.
4. Click on it to open the ASMR Video Creator.

Step 2: Choose Your Avatar

1. You’ll see a library of AI models to choose from.
2. Browse through the available options — each model has a different look, style, and setting.
3. Click on the model that fits your brand best.
4. A preview will appear on the right side of the screen.
5. If you want to edit the selected model before moving on, click “Edit with AI” in the preview panel.

• You can adjust things like lighting, background, or styling by typing a short instruction (e.g., “I want to dim the lights a little bit”).
• Click “Edit with AI” to apply the change.
• You can also use “Remove BG” or “Upscale” directly from this panel.

6. Once you’re happy with the model, click Continue.

Step 3: Upload Your Product Image

1. You’ll now be asked to upload the product that will appear in the ASMR video.
2. Click the upload area or select from your Assets Library.

• Your Assets Library shows all product images connected to your account.
• You can also upload a new image directly.

3. Once your product image is selected, it will appear on the left side of the screen alongside the pre-filled instruction prompt.
4. The instruction tells the AI how to blend your product into the scene — you can leave it as-is or click “Edit Instructions” to adjust it.
5. Click Continue.

Step 4: Set Your Video Settings

1. Choose your Orientation:

• Portrait (9:16)
• Best for TikTok
• Instagram Reels
• YouTube Shorts
• Landscape or Square

2. Choose your Resolution:

• 720p for standard quality
• 1080p if you need sharper output.

3. Review the instruction shown below the video settings. This controls how the actor interacts with your product — the default works well for most products, but you can tweak it if needed.
4. When ready, click Generate Video.

• The token cost is shown on the button before you confirm.

Step 5: Review and Export

1. Once the video is generated, it will appear in My Creations.
2. Click on your creation to open a preview.
3. From here you can:

• Click “Open Video Editor” to trim, add text, adjust music, or make other changes.
• Click “Post Now” to publish directly to a connected social account.
• Click “Download” to save the video to your device.

4. If you’re not happy with the result, click “Redo Creation” to go back and regenerate.

Tips for Better Results

• The cleaner your product image, the better the output. A transparent or white background works best.
• If the lighting on the model looks off, use “Edit with AI” in Step 2 to adjust it before generating.
• Try different models for the same product — different settings and hand styles can change the feel of the video significantly.
• ASMR content performs well in portrait format on TikTok and Instagram, so start there if you’re unsure which orientation to pick.

Generated videos are saved automatically to My Creations and can be edited or reposted anytime.
